2019 Amateur Olympia United Kingdom canceled?
The NPC/Pro League have had a rough start to the 2019 season.
The NPC/Pro League are always the first to promote blockbuster shows, especially when anything is related to the Olympia series of events.
In 2019, a number of Amateur Olympia shows have been scheduled. It looked like it was going to be a record breaking year. But as soon as the schedule was released, the cracks started to show.
First, the 2019 Amateur Olympia Lebanon was cancelled.
A few weeks after Evolutionofbodybuilding.net was notified about the cancellation of the 2019 Amateur Olympia Lebanon, the 2019 Amateur Olympia United Kingdom was also removed the the contest schedule as well.
The 2018 version of the Amateur Olympia United Kingdom was very successful according to the promoters 2BrosPro.
It seems what is being said is not the total truth. If the event was so successful in 2018 why was it removed from the contest calendar in 2019.
The Olympia series of contests are said to be the best of the best. It seems what is being said is not always the truth.
With a contest schedule growing year after year for 2BrosPro in the UK, it is strange that the Amateur Olympia UK was canceled.
When checking the 2BrosPro official website, when checking the 2019 contest schedule, the Amateur Olympia UK is not listed. But when an athletes clicks on “Athlete Registration Now Open”, an athlete can register for the Amateur Olympia UK. If the show is organized or not, 2BrosPro have the right to transfer the registration to another show according to their disclaimer.
As well, if an athlete searches for Olympia in the event search menu, the Amateur Olympia does not appear.
There is a lot of confusion on the 2BrosPro and Amateur Olympia websites, some pages are not updated while others are updated.
As 2BrosPro always preach “the athletes come first”, it seems the athletes are going to be confused!
Evolutionofbodybuilding.net has asked one of the owners of 2BrosPro on the status of the 2019 Amateur Olympia UK. No answer was given to us at the time of publishing this article.
