In a recent Britney Spears’ video on Instagram, she gave fans some interesting glutes and core exercise variations. According to her exactly these movements at the new workout routine she’s using to prepare for her upcoming “Piece of Me” tour.

Her workout looks like a sweaty, full-body burner which looks like more like an aerobic rather gym workout.
As the majority female gym visitors who appreciate glutes and core workout, in this video, Britney was focused precisely on these muscle groups sometimes hitting her whole body.
Spears works her glutes with jump squats, kettlebell swings, and a variety of donkey kicks and leg extensions. By including different types of donkey kick variations — including the traditional table-top donkey kicks and standing resistance band donkey kicks — she’s working those muscles in slightly different ways, making for a more inclusive glute workout.
Singer also shows that it is real to keep fit training indoors. If it’s not evident enough by Spears’ impressive physique, she’s a big fan of core work. In this video, she includes single arm/leg BOSU crunches and yoga abs.
She also shared other types of her workout routine. Some of them are even done in the gym.
