Muscular Development‘s Giles Thomas sits down with 212 Olympia Champion Kamal Elgargni and gets all the news about his future plans and much more.

Just to silence all the speculation, Kamal did confirm to Giles that he will be defending his 212 Olympia title at the 2020 Olympia Weekend.

Another important detail mentioned during the interview is that Kamal mentioned that he was given a verbal invite to the 2020 Athleticon competition that is taking place three weeks after the 2020 Olympia Weekend.

Kamal did not hold back when saying that he felt he should be promoted more.

Being very respectful to his fellow friends and competitors, Kamal feels that he is not being promoted enough on other competitors social media pages as the 212 Olympia winner.

Kamal admitted the main problem for this is that he is living in the UK rather than the USA.

If Kamal lived in the USA, he was told by JM Manion that he would literally be booked every weekend to either to a seminar or guest pose at a contest.

At the same time, Kamal admitted he likes living the quiet life withoout a lot of traveling as he can spend time with his family and as well concentrate on his training and diet better.

It seems Kamal has invested in other ways of making a living and he is not forced to hit the road to earn a living.

In the second part of the interview, Kamal also admitted that he still does not know why the Arnold Classic USA removed the 212 Division from the 2019 contest.

Kamal is the last 212 champion with in the Arnold Classic USA competition.
