Lauryn’s training has changed since she started her journey in fitness. At first, she focused mostly short, and intense cardio sessions.
However, after realizing she wasn’t making much change to her figure, she began lifting weights in the gym. Ultimately, Lauryn realized that training with weights would help sculpt her dream figure – instead of creating a ‘bulky masculine’ physique.
It was this change in training routine that led to her transformation; developing her incredible trademark glutes that’s become admired by masses around the world.
