PRODUCT REVIEW: AD Shredabull Untamed

PRODUCT REVIEW: AD Shredabull Untamed.

Here we have an in-depth AD Shredabull Untamed review, where you’ll find out about its benefits, ingredients, side effects, pros and cons, and more.

Shredabull is a fat burner made by Anabolic Designs.

In addition to helping you shed pounds, this product also aims to:

  • Boost your focus
  • Increase your energy levels
  • Promote thermogenesis

On the first glance, AD Shredabull Untamed looks promising.

It features cayenne papper which helps boost your metabolism.

But there are some concerns.

Shredabull contains proprietary blends which don’t show you the dose of each individual ingredient.

It also uses yohimbe, an aggressive stimulant notorious for its side effects.

With 1 bottle costing around $48.99, Shredabull is supposed to be a high-end product for serious customers.

But whether it can compete with the best fat burners on the market, including ShredCBD, depends entirely on the quality of individual ingredients.

See for yourself:

Pros and Cons

While Shredabull certainly has its pros, such as the inclusion of caffeine and cayenne pepper. There are some concerns with other ingredients.

Have a look:

Pros

  • Uses caffeine which helps boost focus, energy, and fat loss
  • Includes cayenne papper which acts as a thermogenic, making your metabolism burn more calories

Cons

  • Uses 3 proprietary blends which hide the individual doses of each ingredient
  • Yohimbe is a banned ingredient in certain countries. It can cause heart problems, including palpitations and high blood pressure
  • Lack of clinically proven ingredients; the majority of ingredients in Shredabull lack human evidence for their efficacy and safety
  • Black pepper (Bioperine) can enhance the absorption of potentially harmful ingredients

Who Makes Shredabull Untamed?

Shredabull Untamed is produced by Anabolic Designs, a U.S. company started in 2009. Their brand name is Project AD.

The company states they’re commited to creating effective formulas that „flat-out work“. According to Anabolic Designs, „science and innovation“ are the heart of their brand.

Benefits

Anabolic Designs claim these benefits for Shredabull Untamed:

  • „Incinerates bodyfat“
  • Curbs harmful cravings
  • Supercharges energy levels

The producers go on to say that this fat burner is perfect for athletes who’re trying to maintain optimal energy levels during a ‘cut’, as well as anyone looking to reduce body fat while preserving muscle.

But are these bold claims true?

And will Shredabull really incinerate your body fat – or just your wallet?

Read on to find out…

Ingredients

The first thing you see when you look at AD Shredabull Untamed’s ingredients is a proprietary blend.

Not one, in fact, but three proprietary blends.

Now, the issue with these blends is that they only show you combined doses of the ingredients.

They don’t show each individual dosage.

In other words, you don’t really know how much of each ingredient you’re getting.

What’s more, the doses of certain ingredients within the blend could be too low – or worse – too high. Causing negative side effects.

Now, you may get the idea that all is bad with the ingredients but that’s certainly not the case.

Ingredients such as caffeine and cayenne pepper have excellent fat-burning properties.

As you’ll find out below:

Caffeine

Many of us love coffee. It perks you up, gives you the energy to kickstart your mornings, and yes – it also helps you burn fat.

See, caffeine is a thermogenic. This means it increases your body’s temperature and metabolism, making you burn more calories. (1)

But there’s a thin line between a caffeine dose that’s too low and too high.

The ideal caffeine dose is between 200-300 mg, split into a few servings throughout the day.

This ensures a constant trickle of caffeine in your system, which leads to round-the-lock thermogenesis.

Consume too little caffeine, and you won’t get sustained fat-burning benefits.

Consume too much, and you may experience jitters, anxiety, and other side effects.

AD Shredabull Untamed doesn’t show you the exact caffeine dosage, since it comes in a proprietary blend.

2-Aminoisoheptane

You may have heard of Aminoisophetane under another name, such as Octodrine or Dimethylhexylamine (DMHA).

No matter how you call it, though, this ingredient rises some serious questions.

First off, DMHA is a psychoative stimulant. It has a similar structure to banned ingredients such as AMP Citrate, DMAA, and Ephedrine.

What’s worse, we couldn’t find any reputable scientific studies that confirm DMHA’s safety and effectiveness.

Studies that we did find showed how DMHA increases your risk of hypertension, hyperthermia, and dyspnoea. (2)

This is why many fat burners avoid using this ingredient.

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine (NALT) is an amino acid and precursor to dopamine.

It’s a popular ‘nootropic,’ aka brain-boosting ingredient due to its ability to boost your concentration, focus, and cognition under stress. (3)

This may not help you burn fat, but it can prove useful during intense workouts when you need to push those last few reps. Or go an extra mile on the treadmill.

White Willow Extract

Minor studies suggest that White Willow Extract combined with ephedra (a banned ingredient) and cola could lead to weight loss in obese people.

We didn’t find any research showing if it does the same in healthy and non-obese people.

We also need more evidence to see if White Willow Extract alone, or combined with other AD Shredabull Untamed ingredients will provide your the same benefits.

Higenamine Hydrochloride

Higenamine Hydrochloride is derived from plants, including Nandina, Cconite, and Annona Squamosa.

Some fat burners use this ingredient due to the belief that it helps you lose fat.

However, we all know that beliefs are one thing, actual scientific evidence is another.

It turns out Higenamine lacks the latter.

One of the only clinical trials with this ingredient found it helps promote energy expenditure. (4)

And that’s as good as it gets.

Cayenne Extract

Cayenne Extract is an excellent addition to a fat burner.

It’s a potent thermogenic that induces fat loss by ramping up your metabolism.

The active component of Cayenne Extract, Capsaicin, is responsible for its benefits. It heats up your body, which makes it burn more calories in order to bring your body temperature back to normal. (5)

But all of these benefits are brought under question when you realize that Cayenne extract is yet another ingredient that’s a part of a proprietary blend in AD Shredabull Untamed.

As a result, you can’t really tell how effective this ingredient will be.

Gamma Butyrolactone Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride

Gamma Butyrolactone Ethyl Ester Hydrocholoride, or simply GBL, is a chemical that helps boost your virility, sleep quality, and athletic performance. It also has purported fat-burning benefits.

However, much like with many other ingredients in this product, there’s a lack of human evidence for GBL’s benefits.

We can’t shake the feeling that the producers of Shredabull focused more on the rumors than actual scientific evidence when choosing the ingredients.

Yohimbe Hydrochloride

Yohimbe and its subset, yohimbine, are ingredients you’ll want to avoid.

See, Yohimbe increases adrenaline in your body.

At first impression, this sounds great.

More adrenaline, faster meabolism, better fat loss results – right?

Well, yes, but it comes with a big cost.

Yohimbe is a highly aggressive stimulant which can cause these side effects (6):

  • Nausea
  • Anxiety
  • Chest pain
  • Heart palpitations
  • Increased blood pressure
  • Vomiting

In fact, Yohimbe is banned in a number of European countries. And you can only get it as a prescription in the USA. This alone speaks a lot about Yohimbe’s safety.

Many experts agree that any possible benefits of Yohimbe are not worth the risk.

Bovine Thyroid

Bovine Thyroid has become a popular addition to fat burner supplements.

A number of internet sources claim it can help burn fat.

However, lack of scientific research puts these claims under serious doubt.

What’s more, you can only get Bovine Thyroid as a prescription in the UK.

The Bovine Thyroid dosage in AD Shredabull Untamed is also unknown, so we can’t tell how much this ingredient will interfere with your hormones.

Ultimately, this ingredient is no child’s play and shouldn’t be put in a fat burner without proper scientific evidence to back it up.

Guggul Lipid PE Extract

Guggul Lipid PE Extract contains the active ingredient guggulsterones. Guggulsterones are thought to offer fat loss benefits, including faster metabolism, blood sugar regulation, and more.

While this sounds promising, the research on this ingredient is inconclusive. You can’t tell for sure whether it will help you burn fat or not. Especially when you realize it’s a part of a proprietary blend like most ingredients in this product.

Bioperine

It’s always great to see Bioperine in fat burners.

A patented form of black pepper, Bioperine doesn’t have any direct fat loss benefits.

However, it helps your body absorb other ingredients in AD Shredabull Untamed. Making them more potent. (7)

In AD Shredabull Untamed’s case, this raises a concern as the ingredients such as Yohimbe don’t need to be potentiated – they are already risky to take on their own.

How to Take (Dosage)

The label states you should take 1 capsule of Shredabull Untamed daily.

The producers also warn that this product is extremely strong, so it’s not wise to take more than 1 capsule per day at first.

  • According to Anabolic Designs (the producers), you should start with only 1 capsule for the first several days. Then, if you can tolerate it, you can take another capsule later in the day.

It makes sense why the producers warned not to take too much of this supplement.

Shredabull uses banned and aggressive ingredients such as Yohimbe which can cause heart problems.

As a result, we advise being careful when dosing AD Shredabull Untamed.

When to Take Shredabull Untamed?

You should take Shredabull Untamed early in the day, preferably in the morning or early afternoon. This is because of the ingredients like caffeine and yohimbe, which raise your blood pressure, adrenaline, and heart rate – preventing you from falling asleep.

Side Effects

There are a number of side effects linked to the ingredients in Shredabull:

  • Anxiety (Yohimbe)
  • Heart palpitations (Yohimbe)
  • High blood pressure (Yohimbe)
  • Headaches and Nausea (Yohimbe)
  • Hormonal problems (Bovine Thyroid)

Yohimbe is the most dangerous ingredient in this product. In extreme cases, it can cause:

  • Chest pain
  • Seizures
  • Heart attack

Does Shredabull Work?

Shredabull Untamed uses ingredients such as caffeine and cayenne prepper which are proven fat burners. However, their doses are hidden in a proprietary blend. As a result, you can’t tell whether Shredabull will work or not, and how effective it will be.

Our Verdict: Is AD Shredabull Untamed Worth Your Money?

The conclusion for this AD Shredabull Untamed review is clear: this fat burner uses some of the worst ingredients we’ve seen.

The title of the worst ingredient undoubtebly goes to Yohimbe, which is notorious for its negative health effects. Including:

  • Heart problems
  • Anxiety
  • Nausea
  • Seizures (in extreme cases)

But there’s more.

AD Shredabull Untamed also uses Bovine Thyroid which can potentially mess with your hormones. Along with 2-Aminoisoheptane and Gamma Butyrolactone Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride which lack evidence in regards to their safety.

After digging through the research and consulting with experts, we’ve concluded that taking Shredabull is a gamble. We don’t recommend taking it.

On a positive note, there are many safer, natural, and more effective options out there.

With a little research, you can find fat burners that use tested ingredients with no proprietary blends and unsafe formulas.
