Shannon Ray works out similarly to her daughter Sommer, focusing on her lower body and abs during her training.

During her competitive days, she mainly ate lean proteins, healthy fats, and lots of fruits and vegetables. In regards to carbs, she limited them to a minimum.

Nowadays, however, Shannon’s diet looks a lot different. She still eats mostly healthy and clean foods, but she’s less restrictive with her overall diet.
